Puppy Questions

  • What do puppies go home with?

    We send all of our puppies home with essential gear and supplies such as food, a leash and collar, puppy pads, and all their records. Often we’ll add in additional items for fun.

  • Do puppies get vaccinated?

    Yes! We keep our puppies up to date on vaccinations, deworming schedule, and dew claws removed. We work closely with our vet and take every measure to make sure our puppies are healthy.

  • Do the puppies receive any training?

    Yes! As breeders we implement Puppy Culture training protocols and we recommend our puppy buyers continue their puppy training with Baxter & Bella (we can offer a 25% discount!). You can read more about our training process on our Training Page.

  • When can the puppies come home with us?

    We cannot release any puppies before they are 8 weeks old. If needed, we can keep them for a few weeks after the 8 week mark.

  • Do you have any Mini Bernedoodles?

    Our smallest sized Bernedoodle puppies will be between 35-45 lbs as adults.

Reservation Questions

  • How do I stay notified on upcoming litters?

    Join the Email List! We’ll send you email updates on upcoming litters, births, available puppies, and more. Membership does not reserve a puppy for you, but it’s a good way to stay informed. It’s free to join!

  • Are Deposits refundable?

    No. Deposits will not be returned under any circumstance.

  • Can the deposit be used for any litter?

    You may transfer to other litters before reserving a specific puppy. When you transfer, you’ll be placed at the end of the waiting list, though.

    Once you pick a puppy and reserve it, the deposit cannot be changed to another litter or puppy.

  • Do the deposits go toward the final purchase price?

    Yes, the deposit amount will be deducted from your final puppy purchase.

  • How can I move up on the puppy pick list?

    The only way to move up on the list is if someone ahead of you picks a puppy or backs out.

  • How much is the deposit?

    We ask for a $400 deposit to show your commitment to taking home a puppy.

Adoption Questions

  • What does the adoption process look like?

    We try to make things as simple and enjoyable as possible for future puppy owners.

    First, place a deposit to either join the Waiting List or reserve a puppy.

    Once the puppies are born, we’ll notify each waiting list member in order of when they placed their deposit and give them a chance to pick their puppy.

    When the puppies are ready to go home, we arrange for a pick up time/date or shipping arrangements.

  • What are your prices?

    Our pricing varies for every litter. Ours are high quality, well bred dogs, but we try to keep them affordable for most families. Typically our puppies are priced between $2500 and $3500. Sometimes we’ll offer specials and discounts.

  • Where is Joley Aire located?

    We are located near Congerville, IL (between Bloomington and Peoria). Airports near us are Peoria International Airport and Central Illinois Airport.

  • Will you ship or transport a puppy?

    Yes. We offer several transportation options for anywhere in the continental United States.

    We do not sell puppies internationally.

  • How can I move up on the puppy pick list?

    The only way to move up on the list is if someone ahead of you picks a puppy or backs out.

  • Do you offer breeding rights?
